Renovation of Prof. Varazdat Harutyunyan’s House
- Location
- Yerevan, Armenia
- Years
- 2017–2018
- Program
- Adaptive reuse as a restaurant and cultural venue

The project converts the former home of architect Varazdat Harutyunyan into Gouroo, a contemporary restaurant and cultural venue in central Yerevan.
The house stands within a private garden on Saryan Street, now one of Yerevan’s best-known wine and restaurant districts. It was the home of Varazdat Harutyunyan and Gohar Kankanyan, prominent Armenian architects of the twentieth century.
The conversion gives the historic residence a new public use while keeping the house and garden connected to the cultural life of the district.
